FedEx Home Delivery / FedEx Ground
1–5 business days

USPS Ground Advantage
2–5 business days (up to 10 business days)

USPS Priority Mail
1–3 business days (up to 10 business days)

USPS First-Class International
1–4 weeks

DHL Express International
3–7 business days

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volume are beyond our control.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or certain holidays

  • High order volume may extend processing times

  • Shipping speed selected at checkout does not shorten processing time


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

  • U.S. Territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Slime Obsidian is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering and reviewing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Slime Obsidian is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost:

FedEx shipments:
Please contact us at slimeobsidian@gmail.com so we can file a claim on your behalf.

USPS shipments:
A claim must be filed directly with USPS using your tracking number.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim

  • Contact us immediately if you need assistance with documentation


Holiday Shipping Notice

To receive your order in time for Christmas:

  • U.S. orders (1 slime): order by December 15

  • U.S. orders (2+ slimes): order by December 16

These dates are based on carrier recommendations and are not guaranteed.
While we ship as quickly as possible, delivery delays during the holiday season are beyond our control.
